Free time and leisure encompass the period of time spent not engaged in work and other essential domestic activity. Leisurely recreation is the expenditure of time to improve one's body or mind. Leisure is a state of mind. voluntary, intrinsically self-motivating. It can be an oriented tasks for pleasure and long-term utility. Everyone experiences periods of recreational and discretionary time around compulsory activities and doing labor.
Active leisure
Activities involve the exertion of physical or mental energy. Low-impact and high-impact activities consume energy. Active leisure time can also include mental effort activities. Active leisure and recreation overlap.
Games
A game is structured working pleasure (voluntary, intrinsically motivated activities normally associated with pleasure and enjoyment). Games are distinct from other work, which is carried out for remuneration, and from art, which is more often an expression of aesthetic or ideological elements.
