Knowledge is the attainment of information and facts through complex cognitive processes: perception, learning, communication, association and reasoning. Knowledge is used to mean the understanding of a subject with the ability to use it for a specific purpose. Knowledge helps in the fostering of ideas. The capacity to create and understand the meaning of ideas is considered to be an essential and defining feature of human beings.
